Home Story: This family decided their ranch-on-the water home of many years was in need of an update, which morphed into a complete makeover. Their desire was to create a home that indulged the stunning panoramic views, inspired entertaining while honoring a modern, sleek aesthetic.

Challenges & Points of Interest: An elevator services the ground floor five-car garage through to the penthouse level study. The second floor features a glass floor inset in the walkway adjacent to the two-story spaces.
