This home is an original design
from partners Peter and Mark. Highlights
from years of client wish lists were
incorporated into every facet of the
plans. From the functional mudroom
and state-of-the-art home theater to
finishes of hardwoods and stone,
no wish went unfulfilled.
Challenges & Points of Interest:
By implementing a gradual rise to the
grade of the land, we were able to
comply with flood elevation restrictions
in a visually appealing manner.
